Michael J. Carmody Ohio Township Michael J. Carmody, 58, of Ohio Township died Friday, April 20, 2001, at his home. Born August 18, 1942, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Ethel May Pfieffer Carmody of Franklin Park and the late Joseph Patrick Carmody. He was the owner/operator of Carmody's Restaurant, Route 910 and Nicholson Road, Wexford. Mr. Carmody served in the Army during peacetime. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Church in Wexford, Cranberry Elks Lodge, Millvale Sportman's Club and the Diamond Run Golf Club. He worked his entire lifetime in the family restaurant business founded by his parents.   He is survived by his wife, Janet Puskar Carmody; two sons, Sean J. Carmody of Wexford and Paul M. Carmody of North hills; one daughter, Mary Grace Carmody of Ohio Township; three grandchildren, Caitlin, Erin and Allena Carmody; his mother; and three sisters, Eileen Mayer of Gibsonia, Eleanora Delligatti of Fox Chapel and Kathryn Beck of Franklin Park. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph P. "Cuz" Carmody on January 31, 1972.   Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday in the H.P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME INC., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Alphonsus Church, Wexford. Burial will be in Allegheny County Memorial Park, Allison Park.   Memorial contributions may be made to Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute, in memory of Michael J. Carmody, Medical Arts Building, 3708 Fifth Ave., Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15213-3427.
